Amherst is a stone’s throw away from Brighton's sea front and very close to the Sea Life Centre and The Brighton Pier.  A mere ten minute walk to the town centre and you'll stumble across the famous Lanes and North Laines, a range of small independent shops and a wide selection of places to grab some food.

We are close to all local amenities, including the train station and places of interest such as The Brighton Pier,  The Royal Pavillion, Theatre Royal and in the opposite direction, The Marina.     

Driving directions to Amherst

• Follow the A23 sign posted to the City Centre/Sea Front

• At the roundabout with Brighton Pier in front of you, turn left onto Marine Parade.

• At the first set of traffic light (not the pedestrian lights), turn left onto Lower Rock Gardens.

• Amherst is the second building on your left – 2 Lower Rock Gardens
